Honest answers — no upsell calls, no pressure.

Applying is free and creating your profile is free. We're early-stage, which means founding members lock in launch pricing for 12 months once we move to subscriptions. There's no commission on jobs you win — we don't take a percentage of your revenue.
When a homeowner submits an enquiry on a town page, calculator or service page, we match it against your trade categories and coverage area. If it matches, we send the full enquiry (name, postcode, project details) to your phone and email. You decide whether to follow up.
Usually 2 working days. We'll review your application, request any missing documents (insurance, photo ID, work photos), then go live. We don't auto-approve anyone — every trade is checked by a human.
We use it strictly for vetting, matching enquiries to your trade and contacting you about your application. We never sell your data and your phone number is only shown to homeowners after you've expressly agreed to take a job. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Yes — there's no minimum term during the launch phase. You can pause or close your profile from your dashboard whenever you want.
Two big things. First, we're a comparison platform built around town pages — we rank in Google for local searches like "loft conversion in Reading", which sends warm, high-intent enquiries straight to local trades. Second, we don't charge per-shortlist fees: you pay a flat membership and keep all the leads we match to you.
